We are looking for a Project Manager to work on-site in our Glassboro, NJ office as part of a collaborative project management team.

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a team-oriented environment where communication and problem-solving are essential.

Project Manager Position Overview: The Project Manager is accountable for the successful execution of construction projects from post-sale handoff through final completion and billing.

Serving as the central point of coordination for customers and internal teams, the Project Manager ensures project scope, schedules, materials, labor resources, and financial objectives remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who can build strong customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage changing priorities, and help deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and service.

Primary Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from award through completion and final billing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate procurement, scheduling, labor, and project resources to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project scope, change orders, risks, and timelines while maintaining accurate documentation and communication.

Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Dispatch, Procurement, and Accounting to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
