Entry-Level Engineer – Energy Services

Ardurra is seeking an Entry-Level Engineer – Energy Services to join our team in Everett, WA.

Our Energy Services team supports a wide range of engineering projects focused on safe, reliable, and forward-thinking energy infrastructure.

Our work includes power distribution and transmission, renewable energy, solar facilities, and related civil infrastructure projects.

Primary Function:

This position will support engineering and design efforts for energy infrastructure projects, including power distribution and transmission lines and solar sites.

The Entry-Level Engineer will work alongside project managers and experienced engineers while developing technical skills in design, project coordination, cost estimating, and client support.

This is an opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience across multiple phases of project delivery while working collaboratively with an experienced Energy Services team.

Primary Duties:


* Assist with energy projects including power distribution and transmission lines, solar sites, and related infrastructure.


* Prepare engineering plans, drawings, calculations, and other project deliverables.


* Assist with client communication and coordination related to specific projects.


* Support the development of project cost estimates.


* Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, PLS-CADD, and other engineering design tools.


* Support field investigations, data collection, and construction-related activities as needed.


* Coordinate with Project Managers regarding workload, project scope, schedules, and additional services.


* Collaborate with engineers and project team members throughout project development and delivery.

Education and Experience Requirements:


* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.


* Approximately 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience.


* EI/EIT certification preferred.


* Strong computer and technical skills.


* Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or programs such as PLS-CADD is a plus.


* Self-motivated and team-oriented with the ability to work on challenging projects in a collaborative environment.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually.
