Instrument & Electrical Technician
INVISTA is seeking Instrument & Electrical Technicians with instrumentation, electrical, or analyzer experience who are interested in expanding their technical capability across disciplines.
In this role, you will apply your existing strengths while learning from an experienced team to support safe, reliable, and competitive operations at our Victoria, Texas facility.

The INVISTA I&E team works closely with our Operations partners to prioritize the highest-value work and strengthen our Team-Based Maintenance (TBM) approach.

What You Will Do
* Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment that supports safe and reliable facility operations.
* Work with field instrumentation and analyzer equipment, including transmitters, control valves, I/P converters, positioners, actuators, flow meters, instrument tubing, conductivity analyzers, RTDs, and thermocouples.
* Support low-voltage electrical equipment, primarily 480-volt systems with work up to 4,160 volts, including motors, starters, circuit breakers, transformers, disconnect switches, relays, fuses, AC drives, and electrical cabling.
* Perform preventive maintenance and use condition-based monitoring practices to identify equipment needs before failures occur.
* Learn and use Honeywell Field Device Manager (FDM), the site's primary condition-based monitoring tool, to assess field-device performance and identify maintenance needs.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, including labor hours, work performed, and critical preventive-maintenance findings.
* Support the continuous improvement and implementation of Team-Based Maintenance strategies and understand how your work contributes to INVISTA's operational performance and market competitiveness.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* At least one of the following requirements:
* 4+ years of Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Electrical, Electrical or Analyzer experience in a manufacturing, industrial or agriculture facility.
* Associate's degree or Higher in a related I&E field with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, industrial or agriculture facility.
* Current Journeyman Electrician license, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, industrial or agriculture facility.
* NCCER certification or equivalent in one of the following areas, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, industrial or agriculture facility:
