A Day in the Life of a Litigation Paralegal As a Litigation Paralegal, youll be at the heart of the action, working closely with our talented attorneys to manage the intricate details of our litigation cases from inception through to settlement.

In our fast-paced, high-volume environment, every day will present new challenges and opportunities for you to shine.Key responsibilities will include: Drafting Discovery Documents: Use your writing skills to prepare detailed and persuasive legal documents that help shape the course of our clients' cases.Trial Preparation: Play an integral role in preparing for trials by organizing evidence, conducting legal research, and ensuring that everything is in place for success.Client Interaction: People skills will shine as you interface with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff, ensuring a seamless communication process that keeps everyone informed and satisfied.

Are You the Right Fit?
