Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Full-Time | Up to $225,000 | Flexible Schedule | No Weekends or Holidays | Loan Repayment Eligible Join a Mission-Driven Community Health Center ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who is passionate about improving access to high-quality behavioral and mental health services for children, adolescents, and families, particularly those in underserved communities.

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care while working collaboratively within an integrated, multidisciplinary health care team.

Duties and Responsibilities As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will: Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for children and adolescents experiencing behavioral, emotional, developmental, and psychiatric conditions.Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that consider each patient's medical, psychological, developmental, family, educational, and social needs.Evaluate and treat child and adolescent behavioral health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, and other psychiatric conditions within the scope of practice.Provide ongoing medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness, medication adherence, potential side effects, safety concerns, and overall clinical progress.Conduct appropriate risk assessments for suicidal ideation, self-harm, aggression, abuse, neglect, and other behavioral health emergencies and coordinate higher levels of care when clinically indicated.Partner wit...
