At APV, we Always Provide Value POSITION SUMMARY The Task Lead will provide day-to-day technical leadership for the evaluation, modernization, development, and delivery readiness of laboratory training courses.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Task Lead will coordinate multidisciplinary course teams, translate approved requirements into executable work, and integrate instructional design, scientific and regulatory validation, course-material production, eLearning, accessibility, quality assurance, and instructor support.
This role will help maintain consistent methods and deliverable quality across multiple concurrent course workstreams while ensuring alignment with applicable Regulatory and Laboratory Training System standards, the National Curriculum Standard for laboratory professionals, FDA direction, and project schedules.
DUTIES Direct the daily technical execution of assigned laboratory-course workstreams and serve as the integration point among instructional designers, eLearning developers, technical writers, graphic and multimedia personnel, accessibility and quality specialists, instructors, and FDA subject matter experts.
Convert the approved Program Plan, course priorities, Government direction, and per-course requirements into detailed work assignments, schedules, review points, dependencies, and completion criteria.
Coordinate evaluation of existing instructor guides, student materials, presentations, exercises, job aids, assessments, online courses, guidance, regulations, and other source materials for currency, instructional effectiveness, technical accuracy, and RLTS and NCS alignment.
Lead development of Course Evaluation, Status, and Recommendations Reports within 21 calendar days of receipt of course materials and Course Development Plans within 45 calendar days, unless FDA directs an accelerated schedule.
