As a Product Director in the Consumer & Community Banking Finance Data & Insights Team, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers.

As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

You provide strategic and execution leadership for the Wealth Management line of business' data and reporting ecosystem, owning delivery of monthly internal, external, and regulatory financial results.

You drive modernization through automation and establish the operating model for high-quality analytics and stakeholder support.

The Finance Data & Insights Team is an agile product team responsible for the development, production, and transformation of financial data and reporting across Consumer & Community Banking.

You set the operating model for high-quality ad hoc analytics and stakeholder support, leading end-to-end prioritization and execution across product, data, and technology teams.

You ensure data domains delivered to the Finance Data Mart meet governance, controls, and scalability expectations, and you build strong partnerships with Chief Financial Officer organizations and Wealth Management Field leadership to ensure consistent reporting delivery and user adoption.

Job responsibilities


* Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets


* Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth


* Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
