Technical Service Engineer - Application Development (Digital Printing Specialist)

Responsibilities

This customer-facing role will serve as a technical expert supporting distributors, OEM partners, and end-user decorators through product evaluations, application development, troubleshooting, training, color profile generation, and product launch activities.

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience operating digital textile printing systems and will work closely with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and strategic distribution partners to ensure successful customer adoption.

This position requires significant travel and the ability to independently support customers on-site globally.Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in field experience

Experience

Required


* Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience.


* Experience supporting industrial customers in a technical or applications role.


* Hands-on experience operating digital printing systems.


* Experience with DTF or related digital textile printing technologies.

Preferred


* DTF production troubleshooting experience.


* Experience with textile inks, films, and powders.


* Color management, ICC profiling, and workflow optimization experience.


* Experience with RIP software and digital print workflows
