Payroll Support

Pinkerton Payroll & Insurance is looking for a tech-savvy, fast-learning Payroll Implementation Specialist to help onboard and set up new payroll clients.

This role starts with a strong focus on data entry, system setup, accuracy, organization, and learning our processes.

You will work closely with our implementation, payroll, and sales teams while learning how payroll, timekeeping, HR, benefits, and other systems work together.

As you gain experience, you will take on more client communication, troubleshooting, training, system demonstrations, and eventually manage implementations from start to finish.

This is a great fit for someone who is quick on a computer, highly organized, comfortable with technology, good with people, and enjoys figuring out how things work.
