Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking "CH, AT & Nordics EP/NV Supply Chain Leader" join our TEAM.

Position overview

The CH, AT & Nordics EP/NV Supply Chain Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across Switzerland, Austria and the Nordics cluster, ensuring a strong alignment between global strategy and local execution.

This role acts as a key integrator and strategic partner to Commercial, ensuring high service reliability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction, while optimizing inventory, cost, and cash.

Tasks & Responsibilities



* Lead and implement the end-to-end supply chain strategy for CH, AT & Nordics ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and delivering strong service, cost efficiency, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance.


* Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support business growth, ensuring supply reliability, launch readiness, deal enablement, and effective portfolio lifecycle management, including participation in tenders and selected customer interactions.


* Own customer service performance and customer experience, including the creation and tracking of key service KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, lead times), and the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.


* Act as the main Supply Chain representative in cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance


* Manage supply disruptions and escalations, coordinating with regional planning teams to resolve shortages, ensure allocation decisions, and implement recovery plans aligned with commercial priorities.


* Foster a high-performance, customer-focused and inclusive culture, promoting collaboration, transparency, teamwork, and a strong service mindset across stakeholders.
