Regional Team Lead Electrophysiology - Central Switzerland - Johnson & Johnson

We are seeking a Regional Team Lead tor our Electrophysiology division, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Objectives of the Position


* Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the clinical sales team and strong project management


* Working closely with Clinical Training Lead to recruit, coach, develop and inspire Clinical Support Specialists


* Launching innovation across the region with the support of the New Technology Specialist


* Implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area


* Building and cultivating long-term internal and external (customer) relationships
