Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference.

Here, you’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands.

In this role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

It starts with YOU.

About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

In this Associate Brand Manager role, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of the Kimberly-Clark Professional North America skincare portfolio, helping bring products and solutions to market that serve customers across a wide range of B2B workplace and commercial environments.

In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycles, support commercialization initiatives, enable sales success, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio that includes soaps, sanitizers, lotions, hair and body wash products, air care solutions, and dispensing systems.

You'll combine strong business acumen, project leadership, and analytical thinking to help deliver innovation, optimize portfolio performance, and support key category and brand objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative and results-oriented marketer who enjoys working across functions, influencing without direct authority, and turning strategy into execution within a dynamic and growing business.

In this role, you will:

* Develop and maintain sales tools, product information assets, and materials that support portfolio positioning and customer-facing execution.

* Identify growth opportunities and unmet chooser and user needs using internal and external insights, market trends, competitive assessment, and customer feedback to inform portfolio and innovation priorities.

* Support assigned portfolio lifecycle activities, including commercialization execution, renovations, claims and quality management, ongoing performance monitoring, and recommendations for portfolio enhancement.
