NHC HealthCare Clinton, a respected 131-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of South Carolina's Upstate region-just a short drive from Greenville-is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and professional care team.

We're looking for a reliable and motivated nurse with strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans


* Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician instructions


* Administer medications and treatments as needed


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records


* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members


* Support a safe, clean, and respectful care environment

Qualifications


* Current LPN license in the State of South Carolina


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude


* Experience with electronic documentation preferred
