At APV, we Always Provide Value Position Summary: The HR Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes.

This position involves analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, HR metrics, and business intelligence tools, enabling them to effectively interpret complex data sets and translate findings into impactful recommendations.

Duties: Data Collection and Management: Collect, compile, and organize large volumes of workforce data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and other relevant databases.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by conducting regular audits and data validation checks.

Maintain and update dashboards, ensuring they reflect current and relevant data.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee performance, retention, recruitment, and other key HR metrics.

Utilize statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights that drive strategies and business decisions.

Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce analytics reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Create visually appealing and easily understandable data visualizations that effectively communicate key insights and trends.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing context and actionable steps.

Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
