ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to) Daily communication with all workers to ensure all the objectives for the day are met in a timely mannerUse the current reports to make management decisions and changes to staff and routes Productivity within Warehouse (orders shipped, errors, transactions, etc.)Drivers performance (miles per gallon, idle time %, etc.) Material Handling for incoming materials Oversee that incoming materials have been properly received and put away in preparation for the picking crewShipping to ensure that all daily orders have been routed and shippedReview delivery routes annually with the Transportation Director and Director of DistributionReview and maintain all reports that are your responsibilityMaintain appropriate staffing based on our seasonal business - Work with Human Resources and Distribution Management for approvalsEnsure good communication between Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Credit and all other Warehouses to en...
