Talent Data Analytics Lead - TS/SCI w/ Poly - Washington, D.C.

Work You'll Do
As a Project - Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the team, you will be responsible for:
* Developing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to address complex ad hoc talent management and workforce-related inquiries
* Creating clear, executive-ready data visualizations and presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations
* Supporting the Deloitte team and client in improving data development, collection, analysis, and reporting processes using databases, spreadsheets, and structured relational database queries
* Partnering with federal government product owners to gather, refine, and prioritize technical requirements for web-based applications and tools
* Developing test scripts and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality, usability, and alignment with business requirements
* Contributing to data-driven decision-making by ensuring accuracy, quality, and effective interpretation of workforce and talent management information
