What You'll Do:


* Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.


* Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.


* Monitor residents' conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.


* Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.


* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.


* Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.


* Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Current and in good standing LVN license in the State of California
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

General Purpose

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
