Job Summary We're hiring an entry-level Joint Machine Processor to join our pre-roll production team in Spokane Valley, just off I-90.

This role is fully hands-on, covering every stage of crafting high-quality pre-rolls.

No cannabis experience needed we provide paid training.

What You'll Be Doing Grind and prep cannabis material for pre-roll production Operate rolling machines and assist with hand-rolled products Sift material and maintain consistency across production runs Run quality checks to confirm accurate weights and standards Track output, inventory, and daily totals by strain Keep your work area clean, organized, and fully stocked Coordinate with leads to hit production goals and deadlines Support training, R&D, and other processing departments as needed Compensation & Schedule This full-time role pays $17.13 per hour for a consistent 40-hour workweek.
