Job Description Summary

Manages systems and processes to conduct effective Supplier Performance Monitoring (SPM) and Management across the organization.

Supports day-to-day direction and improvement of the Source Quality organization's quality metrics systems.

Ensures that processes, products, and services comply with established company and regulatory standards and partners with cross-functional departments in implementing quality procedures.

Identifies ongoing quality and/or service issues and develops corrective and preventative action plans in response.

Directs workflow to implement strategies designed to ensure Quality Systems are in line with internal best practices and in compliance with the organization's Quality Assurance (QA) standards, international standards, and government regulations.

Coordinates assignments for processes that ensure effective deployment and monitoring of Quality Systems.

Contributes to meetings and aligns with multiple functions on overall Quality strategy, updates, and processes.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Supplier Quality Performance Specialist .

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
