This role will report to the Head of U.S.

Marketing, MONARCH™ Urology and will help execute the U.S.

commercial marketing strategy for the MONARCH Urology Platform.

The MONARCH Urology Platform is intended to create a new category of care as a robotic-assisted urology platform designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access to the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

This is a unique opportunity to help build the U.S.

commercial marketing foundation for a category-creating platform in robotic-assisted urology.

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in translating launch strategy into field-ready execution, developing market-shaping positioning and messaging, building sales enablement tools, supporting strategic customer engagement, and establishing scalable launch processes.
