Job Description:

Role Overview

As Product Manager EndoMech & Energy, you are responsible for leading the local marketing strategy and commercial success of one of the most important portfolios within the Surgery business in Austria.

In this role, you will translate customer insights, market trends and business opportunities into impactful marketing initiatives, successful product launches and sustainable growth.

You will work closely with Sales, Strategic Business Development, Professional Education and regional stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer experience and strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Business Management


* Develop and execute the local marketing strategy and annual business plan for the EndoMech & Energy portfolio.


* Drive sustainable growth through portfolio optimization, customer activation and strategic initiatives.


* Monitor business performance, market trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities and risks.


* Manage marketing investments and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Launch Excellence & Commercial Activation


* Lead local launch planning and execution for new products and portfolio innovations.


* Develop marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools and customer engagement activities.


* Support field teams with compelling value propositions, competitive positioning and customer-facing materials.


* Collaborate closely with Sales to drive customer adoption and commercial success.

Customer & Market Engagement


* Build a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and healthcare trends.


* Develop relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and professional education partners.


* Generate and communicate insights that support strategic decision-making and portfolio growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership


* Act as the primary marketing contact for the EndoMech & Energy platform within Austria.
