* Education: High school diploma or GED


* Experience: Preferred 1-2 years of related machining experience, apprenticeship, or internship in a manufacturing or tool and die environment.



*Willing to train right individual

* Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and understanding of tolerances


* Soft skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and adaptability to changing priorities

* Must be able to work on site in Mauston, WI

Howmet Fastening Systems is looking for an Entry Level Tool Maker.

You must be able to read blueprints and operate all machines required to manufacture cold heading production tooling.

You are responsible for manufacturing, assembly, component replacement and preventative maintenance for cold header tooling.

You will work with cold header operators, engineering and production to support lead time requirements.
