This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.
As a Crystal Growth Technician II, you will be responsible for:
* Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and/or to crystal fabrication.
* Growing crystals used in imaging equipment
* Mix raw materials to a specified mixture
* Monitor various crystal growth processes
* Operation record keeping, maintaining accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in database

* You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
* Following process MPI documentation and safety procedures
* Experience of working in product oriented technical-industrial environment.
* Ability to interpret and analyze complex instrumentation
* Detail Orientated
* Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
* Good communication and computer skills (Word and Excel)
Level II Grower Requirements - Must demonstrate ability to consistently achieve all below activities in addition to Level I for 1 year minimum before progressing to Level 3
* HS Degree
* Ability to lift a minimum of 35Lbs
* Must be comfortable working in hot environment
* Daily, in the morning, pull a minimum of 7 completed boules and process all associated paperwork and processes.
* Daily cold load and hot load 5 growth runs and initiate 7 growth runs or rebuild 2 stations in an 8-hour shift.
* Perform all terminations as necessary.
* Ability to recognize and understand raw material components to perform powder mixing as needed.
* Monitor stock room consumables once a week for proper stocking and notify proper personnel for replenishment.
* Must be self-motivated to complete tasks, monitor and improve personal performance statistics with minimal direction from their manager.
* Must be able to work with Level III growers to improve performance and knowledge.
* After completion of daily tasks, must be willing to assist in growth team tasks.
