Support Operations Specialist

What You'll Do: Operational Support Provide operational support for consumer, business, custodial, and deposit account questions.

Support daily branch cash management activities, including vault balancing, TCR support, change fund requests, and transfer clearing outages.

Review and approve trust documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Administer the Money Order program and coordinate branch cash movements to support operational cash requirements.

Research and resolve operational account exceptions and support the Account Error Report process.

Compliance & Operational Processing Perform TIN and SSN verification for new accounts.

Administer CP2100 backup withholding processing.

Complete uninsured share reporting and maintenance activities.

Prepare IOLTA reporting and other assigned regulatory reporting.

Ensure assigned operational activities comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Project Support Compile operational reports and retrieve data from Symitar and other systems to support departmental reporting needs.

Assist with testing core system upgrades, enhancements, and operational implementations.

Provide project support by completing assigned implementation activities, documenting results, and assisting with operational readiness.

Procedures & Documentation Maintain departmental procedures, forms, job aids, and operational documentation by implementing approved updates and ensuring documentation remains current and accurate.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to the Senior Support Operations Specialist.

Additional Responsibilities Support other Support Operations functions and special assignments as assigned.

Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, initiative, and collaboration in all interactions.

Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
