Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications: Candidate must have a minimum of 2+ Years of experience in property maintenanceCertified HVAC at the level of EPA/ w/2 yrs.

experience, CPO CertificationMust be a TEAM player with the ability to work independentlyStrong knowledge in maintenance related items i.e., plumbing, painting, electrical, sheetrock repairs, troubleshooting appliance repairsAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity on personal as well as professional level.Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities: Availability to be on-call (one week every six weeks).Handle all activities with apartment leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals and manage operations.Provides high quality resident services and convey resident service requests to the maintenance team, provide maintenance reporting, and documenting resident interactions.Proficient in the on-site community management computer program, timely-accurate reporting, and vendor contract negotiation.Gather and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive market analysis, market trends and marketing execution including all aspects of print, social media and internet promotions.Develop new resident awareness and resident retention strategies.Maintaining and coordinating property maintenance.

Ensures staff performance of duties on a timely basis.Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, developing and termination all on-siter personnel.This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
