* Accessibility Standards - advanced level; ensuring designs meet WCAG guidelines and serve all users


* Information Architecture - advanced level; structuring content and navigation for clarity and findability


* User Journey Mapping - advanced level; visualizing end-to-end experiences to identify pain points and moments of delight
