For this U.S.

based position, the expected base salary is $178,131.00 - $185,220.00 per year.

Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Job Description: Design, implement, test, and support/operate application services in customer-facing applications.

Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs.

Break down complex problems into digestible deliverables, sequence work, and ship iteratively with measurable impact resulting in an executable action plan for themselves and other engineers.

Make architectural decisions consistent with the organization's architectural principles with a bias toward simplicity, resilience, and cost awareness.

Uphold security and privacy best practices and address bugs and security issues.

Profile and optimize application latency and throughput, conduct capacity planning and implement performance and scale improvements, including query optimization.

Write code that is readable, easy to maintain, and is tested in accordance with the organization's architectural principles and test strategy including unit and integration testing.

Collaborate with other team members on large efforts and cross-cutting technical concerns.

Employ version control best practices and CI/CD pipelines to test, release, and deploy changes.

Remote eligible up to 3 days/wk.
