Pay: $65-$70 per hour

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life


* Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families


* Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements

Qualifications


* Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California


* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program


* Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Passion for patient-centered care
