WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


* Deliver professional, high quality customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries across inbound calls and emails


* Resolve customer account and billing enquiries accurately and efficiently in line with company service standards and procedures


* Record customer interactions and enquiries accurately ensuring complete and up-to-date information


* Work collaboratively with internal teams to investigate issues, process billing adjustments, and achieve timely resolutions for customers


* Promote self-service options where appropriate and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by reducing repeat enquiries


* This is a full-time position, working a monthly rotating roster with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 5:00pm
