Job Responsibilities:


* Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, delivering tailored investment banking solutions.


* Oversee the structuring and execution of complex bond financings, ensuring alignment with client objectives.


* Guide the development of sophisticated financial models and analyses to support client transactions.


* Collaborate with other areas of the firm to drive integrated solutions and enhance client value.


* Represent J.P.

Morgan at industry events, sharing insights and trends in public finance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Extensive experience in public finance, with a strong track record of leading successful transactions.


* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.


* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in using DBC software.


* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.


* Excellent communication and presentation skills.


* Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
