Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00

The base hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA.

Position Summary

The Housing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Transition Age Youth (TAY) by securing and maintaining safe, stable housing placements within the community.

This position coordinates housing logistics, landlord relationships, financial tracking, and compliance requirements to ensure participants have safe and well-maintained living environments as they work toward independence.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, secure, and maintain safe and appropriate housing options for program participants.


* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, property managers, and vendors.


* Coordinate all move-in and move-out processes, including lease education, furnishing, utilities setup, and inspections.


* Track unit vacancies and lease renewals to ensure timely occupancy.
