Residing in the Customer Finance Organization, the Technical Sales Support Professional is responsible for the creation and maintenance of materials and pricing readiness for Imaging Equipment and Services.


* Ensure accurate and timely implementation of materials and pricing for Imaging Equipment and Services


* Establish a partnership with Equipment and Service Marketing Product Managers, Sales, Field Organizations, and global colleagues


* Support Service Sales, Quote to Booking and Life-Cycle Organization improvements


* Engage with the business colleagues to proactively manage the implementation and rollout of equipment and services


* Utilize Quality Framework by actively participating in Root Cause Analysis to drive process changes


* Participate in roll-out, training and communication of process improvements and projects


* Write detailed business requirements documents


* Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools


* Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal and growth oriented, and team-centric


* Excellent written and verbal communication skill


* Collaborate across departments to identify and implement changes in process gaps


* Some traveling may be required


* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives

Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience:


* Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions.


* Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement


* Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools


* Adaptable to change, and work well within a team environment


* Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; power apps preferred)


* Strong interpersonal skills


* Demonstrated ownership and accountability

Preferred Education: BS/BA in business or related fields preferred
