Work You'll Do

As a Project Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the project, you will:


* Lead the day-to-day execution of a large, complex program, driving operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and delivery against contractual and business requirements.



* Lead overall program execution, overseeing operational performance, delivery quality, and alignment to strategic objectives.


* Manage stakeholder relationships across client and internal teams, facilitating coordination, issue resolution, and informed decision-making.


* Drive implementation of contractual requirements, ensuring deliverables, processes, and program activities are executed effectively and on schedule.


* Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, and lead corrective actions to address operational challenges and maintain continuity.


* Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting workforce management, performance oversight, and continuous improvement across program operations.
