What You'll Do


* Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of a residential home


* Mentor and develop Direct Support Professionals


* Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance


* Create a positive, supportive environment for individuals served and your team

Qualifications
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required
✔ Associate's or bachelor's degree in human services or a related field preferred
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
✔ Previous supervisory or management experience required
✔ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
