Electromechanical Technician
Join our maintenance operations team as an 3rd Shift Electromechanical Technician and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly.
You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What will you do?
* Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
* Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly
* Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Problem Solving - intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions
* Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency
* Customer Orientation - developing level; supporting internal teams with responsive and reliable maintenance service
* Digital Literacy - developing level; using maintenance management systems to track work orders and data
* Drives for Results - developing level; completing maintenance tasks on schedule to minimize production impact
* Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; following safety protocols during all maintenance activities
* Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; conducting equipment inspections to maintain quality standards
* Total Productive Maintenance - developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Must be able to work the following schedule:
+ Monday -Thursday 9:15pm to 6:15am
Friday 6:15pm to 12:15am
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
* Proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment issues before they escalate
* Comfort working in a hands-on environment with both routine and non-routine challenges
