Sales Specialist

The role is accountable for driving profitable growth for Lauritz Knudsen Low Voltage products and solutions in the Dubai region through strong customer coverage, channel development, project conversion, and cross-functional alignment.

The position plays a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sales performance in line with business targets.

Key Responsibilities


* Drive front-end sales activities for Lauritz Knudsen low Voltage Switchgear products and solutions across the Dubai and Northern Emirates market


* Work closely with distributors, panel builders, contractors, consultants, and end customers in commercial and residential building segment


* Identify new project opportunities and convert demand into orders through close commercial follow-up


* Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, supply chain, customer care, finance, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely execution


* Drive disciplined follow-up on commercial closures, payment collections, and execution issues impacting customer experience

Key Outcomes


* Deliver sales growth, order booking, and market-share expansion for Lauritz Knudsen products and solutions in the Dubai region


* Strengthen customer and partner coverage across key accounts, distributors, contractors, consultants, and targeted end users


* Build a healthy opportunity pipeline and improve conversion across channel and project business


* Ensure strong commercial follow-through on pricing, forecasting, collections, and execution support

Stakeholder Coverage


* External: distributors, contractors, consultants, panel builders, end customers, and other market influencers


* Internal: sales leadership, marketing, supply chain, customer care, finance, technical support, and product team

Candidate Profile


* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering


* Relevant sales experience of 5 to 7 years in sales of electrical Low Voltage Switchgear products and solutions in Dubai & Northern Emirates


* Good understanding of the Dubai Low Voltage switchgear market, Contractors, Panel builders and end users related to commercial and residential building projects


* Valid UAE Driving License
