Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: On-Call (As Needed)

McClure Post Acute is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on an on-call basis.

As a valued member of our environmental services team, you'll play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility while supporting exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities


* Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.


* Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash receptacles.


* Replenish housekeeping and restroom supplies as needed.


* Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines.


* Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.


* Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly.


* Work collaboratively with nursing and other departments to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Qualifications


* Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.


* Ability to work independently and efficiently.


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


* Reliable, dependable, and able to respond to on-call scheduling needs.


* Excellent customer service and communication skills.


* Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
