PAY: $26.45.

Will increase to $27.45 once trained.

Shit & Working Hors: 1st shift, 6:30am-3:00pm

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc.

manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.

You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers.

This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.

The Production Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

This role manufactures products according to production specifications, quality standards, and production schedules while monitoring equipment performance and addressing processing issues.

Responsibilities include moving and packaging raw materials and finished goods, inspecting product quality, identifying and correcting defects, maintaining accurate production records, and operating all assigned equipment and processes to support manufacturing goals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


* Must be 18 years or older


* 1 year or more of work experience in any industry


* Basic computer and math skills


* Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English


* Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot


* Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Preferred Experience:


* 1+ year of manufacturing work experience


* Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:


* Able to lift 50lbs


* Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
