Job Summary

As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst in Digital Document Services, you will contribute to modernized testing strategies using automation and AI-driven techniques.

You will help build scalable testing frameworks, support global stakeholders, and enhance quality through innovative and data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model.

Job Responsibilities


* Execute automated, UAT, and regression testing using modern frameworks


* Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection


* Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets


* Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities


* Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes


* Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* 5+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks


* Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches


* Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns


* Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams


* Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Exposure to AI/ML testing tools


* Experience in financial services or regulated environments
