Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, Engineering Management on the Deloitte Cyber team, you will be responsible for driving Oracle Cyber pursuits, advising clients on Oracle-focused cyber solutions, and providing technical leadership across strategic engagements.


* Advise clients on the strategy, design, implementation, migration, and operation of Oracle SaaS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance technologies


* Serve as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders on Oracle Cyber offerings and Deloitte services


* Lead technical solutioning for client pursuits and joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives to support business development and delivery quality


* Develop thought leadership, including points of view and white papers, related to Oracle Cyber technologies and market trends


* Coach junior practitioners and promote adoption of Oracle leading practices across project teams

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles


* 10+ years of experience with Oracle technical solutions, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance


* Experience advising clients on the implementation, migration, or operation of Oracle cloud technologies


* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve


* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
