As a Digital Controllership Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, you will work with CFOs, controllers, and finance executives to address accounting, data, process, and technology challenges.

You will help clients implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business performance.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for helping clients improve finance operations through process, data, and technology transformation.


* Support client engagements focused on controllership, finance transformation, and digital finance modernization


* Gather requirements, map business processes, and support solution design, testing, and deployment


* Implement or optimize finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, and BlackLine


* Develop accounting data models, reporting structures, and analytics to improve financial insight


* Contribute to proposals, practice initiatives, and day-to-day client delivery

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science


* 3+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, financial planning and analysis, or cost accounting


* 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, or full life cycle implementation for enterprise resource planning systems, finance platforms, or boundary applications
