BIM Coordinator, Interior Design

The Role

You are a BIM Coordinator who will support multidisciplinary project teams within a dynamic architecture and engineering environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring that BIM models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned to support efficient and constructible project delivery.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and Design Technology to manage model quality, resolve coordination issues, facilitate collaboration, reinforce BIM standards, and provide targeted guidance that helps staff apply BIM workflows consistently in project delivery.

Impact / Success in the Role

Success in this role is defined by the ability to maintain accurate and coordinated models across disciplines, reduce rework through proactive clash detection and issue resolution, support integrated design delivery through consistent BIM practices, provide practical support that builds staff confidence with BIM workflows, and enable project teams to collaborate effectively using digital tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Coordination & Model Management

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models across active projects while supporting model setup, auditing, and overall model health.

This includes ensuring models are accurate, organized, and aligned with project standards and delivery requirements.

Standards, Quality & Compliance
