Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Senior Consultant on the team, you will:


* Review bank-related runbooks (processing calendars, cutoffs, rerun procedures), known issues, and interface dependencies.


* Triage payment/settlement incidents (rejections, processing exceptions, file-related issues), approval bottlenecks, and security/access issues.


* Coordinate with integrations/technical teams for file failures and confirm end-to-end resolution and audit traceability.


* Support routine payment operations and exception management (maintain controls documentation and operational reporting to track volumes), failures, and turnaround time.


* Maintain SOPs and knowledge base for repeatable processing and faster incident resolution.


* Propose improvements to payment exception workflows, operational dashboards, and controls to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.


* Support more complex enhancements/projects such as improved monitoring/alerting, streamlined approvals, and enhanced reconciliation-support reporting.
