Customer Service Engineer - PHOENIX/TUCSON

Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.



* Required residence within 45 miles of Phoenix, AZ or Tucson.


* Performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on ultrasound medical equipment at customer sites to ensure customer equipment operates at a high standard.


* Ownership of customer relationships with the goal of upholding a high level of satisfaction while troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software issues with ultrasound equipment, either remotely or at a customer site.


* Serving as the company's primary customer facing technical representative for ultrasound while working in collaboration with biomedical engineers and other senior staff members in a hospital or clinical environment.


* Building and sustaining strong partnerships with your customers through the effective use of both technical expertise and interpersonal skills.


* Establish and maintain proper business relationships with clinical / sales partners and peers.


* Performing necessary administrative duties accurately, ensuring all work and equipment adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements.

* You will travel as needed to accompany and support customers during field rotations under the supervision of assigned mentors for up to six months.
