Restaurant Team Leader

As our Restaurant Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in making iasg an outstanding place to dine and work! Your main responsibilities will include:


* Supporting the F&B Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant


* Leading and motivating the team — coaching and mentoring to help them shine in their roles


* Delivering unforgettable guest experiences, and stepping in to handle service recoveries when needed


* Training and onboarding new team members, setting them up for success


* Occasionally supporting the bar team, so experience in a bar environment is a plus!

We’re looking for someone who…


* Has previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting


* Brings a deep passion for food, drink, and genuine hospitality


* Has a flexible schedule — available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week) between 3-5pm to 12-1am. 


* Enjoys mentoring others and has a proven track record of supporting team development


* Is driven, proactive, and focused on creating exceptional results


* Radiates warmth and authenticity, with a natural “can-do” attitude
