Field Human Resource Generalist

\n\n\nAre you passionate about human resources and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Human Resources Generalist to join our team and manage the HR functions for our store operations in assigned regions.

Responsibilities
* Champion a Union-Free Environment: You'll support our non-union policy and help maintain a positive, union-free workplace.
* Onboard and Train New Hires: Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing development and training programs.
* Ensure Policy Adherence: Make sure all managers follow company policies, accident procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
* Recruit and Staff: Assist with recruiting and staffing to meet customer service needs and diversity standards.
* Communicate and Implement Policies: Ensure company policies and guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to by all employees.
* Talent Acquisition: Contribute to recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and training high-caliber store personnel.
* Build Professional Relationships: Establish connections with trade schools, military job placement centers, and employment agencies.
* Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer focus and service orientation, working independently and efficiently.
* Manage Multiple Priorities: Juggle multiple tasks and see projects through to completion.
* Facilitate Training: Lead Parts Pro Training for your assigned regions.
* Compliance and Employee Relations: Keep the Divisional Human Resource Manager informed of any compliance issues and address employee relations concerns promptly.
* Store Visits: Perform frequent store visits to ensure a positive work environment and address any concerns.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
* Experience:Two to three years of professional-level Human Resources experience.
* Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with all levels of the organization.
* Travel:Willingness to travel 80% of the time, including air travel and frequent overnight stays.
You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in HR management or business administration.
* Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.
* Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
