Education:


* Minimum of Bachelors' degree from an accredited university; preferred to be in Engineering, Business, Operations or related field.

Basic Qualifications:


* Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with five (5) or more years of that time in senior-level leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Prior experience in customer service or supply chain is preferred.

Basic skills:


* Extensive knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, preferably in the fastener industry.
+ Proven leadership and management skills.
+ Thorough knowledge of complex electronic business enterprise systems.
+ Ability to work effectively with employees, peers, senior-level leaders, customers and vendor representatives.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
+ Ability to work independently, prioritizing and completing multiple work assignments in diverse fields with minimal direction
