Key Responsibilities


* Provide quality nursing care and support resident health and well-being.


* Collaborate with the Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON) to help meet staffing and care goals.


* Maintain professional communication with residents, families, visitors, and staff.


* Assist with staffing coverage and daily nursing operations as needed.


* Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.


* Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.


* Attend meetings and support compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Qualifications


* Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Valid BLS/CPR certification.


* Strong communication and organizational skills.


* Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.


* Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
