Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, critical thinker, and patient advocate who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities


* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders


* Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status


* Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic medical record


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals


* Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants


* Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment goals


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations


* Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for patients and staff

Qualifications


* Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills


* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or sub-acute settings preferred


* New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply


* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
