What are we looking for?

The Software Development Manager is responsible for leading one or more engineering teams responsible for the development, delivery and support of our platforms.

This role is accountable for people leadership, delivery execution, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams deliver high-quality software while fostering employee growth, engagement, and accountability.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $150,000-175,000.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

* People Leadership: Attract, develop, retain, and mentor high-performing engineers; conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions; lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities.
